Muay Thai is one of the most highly-effective striking sports to date. This full-contact sport consists of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, as well as the devastating clinch. The art of eight limbs, Muay Thai (or Thai Boxing) is a combat sport native to Thailand. If you are interested in competing in MMA or Muay Thai, or want a demanding workout, this is the class for you! Classes will teach technique, drills and pad work. All levels welcome!

Advanced Muay Thai

For those looking to advance their competency in Muay Thai, this class will focus on light timing (or technical sparring), sparring and fight preparation.

Boxing

Learn one of the oldest striking sports, traditional boxing. Class will focus on developing strength, speed, reflexes and endurance. All levels welcome!

MMA/Sparring

Putting all your martial arts skills together, mixed martial arts (MMA) is the fastest growing professional sport in the world. Combining striking and grappling techniques from Muay Thai, wrestling, grappling and jiu-jitsu, this class will train beginners, and evolve seasoned fighters.

A Combat fighting system that mixes the strengths of wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. It will show you the proper techniques and basic developments to help you properly prepare yourself for any competition.

Combat Conditioning

Not everyone wants to fight, but you can train like a fighter. Challenge your body and mind to push beyond what is comfortable, and enjoy the reward. You’ve never known fitness like this. Each class places equal emphasis on agility, functional strength, speed and core training.
